One thing you may not know about the GMSV converted chevs!!

-The forward facing cargo lights are disconnected
-The mirror indicators are disconnected
-The rear facing Mirror cargo lights are disconnected
-The Bed light on the rear of cab is disconnected
-And the tail gate courtesy light is disconnected.

This customer asked us to reconnect them all for him so we did, and are now able to offer the lighting reconnects in house!!

Here is a couple of facts about power running boards you may not know!!

They are super strong, a common misconception is that they are weak and will break easily when stood on.

They help avoid breaking down the side of your seat which is costly to repair, stepping in and out comfortably avoids the need to slide over the side of your seat or twist and sit on the edge, if you notice yourself doing that alot then a set of powerslides will help.

They add a more aggressive look to your vehicle, a vehicle without standard side steps can give the illusion that it has been lifted without any additional modifications.

And lastly, they are just super cool, we travelled Australia went to all the most remote places in Australia and never once did they even look like they were going to have a problem, red dirt, sand, water crossings, its all good.

As we count down the final hours left of 2024 we are looking back on the best year yet!
And what an incredible year we had—a year that gave us clarity and confidence to make the decisions we needed for the future. It definitely wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Traveling full-time can be really hard work. We left with a baby and a 3-year-old, sold our house, and were criticized. But without a doubt, it’s been the best decision we’ve ever made. We had no plans to ever return to Brisbane, let alone Logan 😂, but here we are. It’s home. We now understand why our families have always returned here after traveling and living all around Australia. And it’s the clarity we needed. Sure, Exmouth is unreal and definitely our favorite place in Australia, but Brisbane is home—and something we take for granted. It’s one of the only places in Australia where you can go in the ocean all year round safely. Our pristine beaches, our local islands—it’s not until you leave that you realize. In our opinion, anyway.
So here’s to 2024, we needed it, massive things coming for 2025, we are just getting started with Next Level Trucks and have already had 13 American trucks come through the workshop in basically 2 months.

Here’s some of our favourites from the year.

Favourite place we visited - Exmouth (Ningaloo) spend at least 1 month here

Most jaw dropping thing we saw - Tantanoola caves mt gambier (we had zero expectations and didn’t know it existed)

Coldest water in Australia - Greenly pool (has to be under 10 degrees straight off the ocean somehow)

Most over rated place - lucky bay Esperance

Most under rated place - mt gambier (we had zero expectations)

Best farm stay in Australia - Bullara station

Best experience - catching a painted cray on the Ningaloo by hand (Joel)

We definitely learned a lot about everything.

Here’s to all the friendships we made along the way, you guys are all fantastic people, our people.
